Rossignol Medical Center

Rossignol Medical Center is a modern medical facility comprised of practitioners and nurses who specialize in treating children with autism. When they came to me to develop their CMS site it was a unique opportunity to conceptualize a brand from the ground up. The challenge that I faced was creating a look and feel that was not only fresh and modern but spoke directly to the families affected by loved ones with autism. The site would need to include HIPPA-compliant patient registration forms, appointment booking, event sign-ups, and various administrative tools. My strategic marketing initiatives resulted in 30% new patient registrations and a satisfaction score of over 92%, showcasing the crucial need for consistent branding and user-friendly interfaces in healthcare marketing.

UI/UX Design

Elevating Patient Accessibility with a Mobile Interface

One of the most rewarding parts of the project for me was to flex my front-end development skills by building a mobile app for Rossignol’s patients. To see the tangible impact of my contribution in improving the lives of families in need was truly rewarding. For that reason, the app was built with accessibility in mind and configured to add alt attributes to images and maintain contrast ratios to accommodate people who suffer from various disabilities, including color blindness, epilepsy, and cognitive disorders. This approach led to a 40% increase in app downloads within the first three months, demonstrating the demand for accessible solutions.

Print Design

Physician Pamphlets Drive Patient Education & Engagement

Rossignol’s rebranding initiative included a comprehensive update of print collateral, such as brochures and pamphlets, aimed at highlighting medical offerings and specialized physicians. These visually appealing materials contribute to patient education and create a cohesive brand identity. A targeted distribution strategy resulted in a 25% increase in patient inquiries, showcasing the impact of well-designed print materials on audience engagement.

Frontend Development

Insightful Mobile App Analytics for Continuous Improvement

Beyond the mobile app’s user interface, I implemented analytics and event tracking to gain insights into the user experience. This data-driven approach allows continuous improvement in user flow and application architecture, ensuring the delivery of optimal patient experiences. The analytics-driven enhancements led to a 20% reduction in bounce rates, indicating improved user engagement and satisfaction.
